A large, lively holiday park in Les Landes
In Les Landes, right on the Atlantic coast, you will find Camping Le Vieux Port. This vibrant campsite is set within a vast pine forest on the Côte d’Argent in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The campsite has its own direct beach access, leading straight onto a long sandy beach with impressive surf.
Le Vieux Port offers excellent facilities for the whole family. The water park was renovated in 2022 and features five heated swimming pools and no fewer than eleven heated slides. There is a wave pool, a Surfing Wave where you can surf or bodyboard, and for the youngest guests there is an Aquasplash. Two jacuzzis complete the experience.
The campsite has a sports ground where you can play basketball, football or volleyball. There are tennis courts, table tennis tables, pétanque and a fitness room. There is also free access to a skate park at the entrance to the campsite. Younger children can enjoy an adventurous playground, while teenagers have their own space with arcade games and convenient charging points for smartphones, making it the perfect place to meet others.
During the high season, Le Vieux Port offers an extensive entertainment programme for the whole family. There is a kids’ club for younger children, a sports and activities programme for teenagers, and in the evenings you can enjoy cabaret shows, magic shows and themed nights.
Our tents are fully equipped with every comfort: bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable beds, a fully fitted kitchen, private bathroom, living area and a lovely terrace with lounge area.
On the campsite, you will find a welcoming grill restaurant, a (snack) bar, pizzeria and takeaway restaurant. There is also a bakery and a supermarket. Around three kilometres from the campsite lies the popular seaside resort of Messanges, where you can enjoy the beaches, browse the shops and dine or have a drink in one of the many restaurants or bars.

- Visit Adrenaline Parc in Moliets
- Hire a surfboard or canoe; rental is located next to the campsite
- Visit surf destinations such as Hossegor, Biarritz, Vieux Boucau, Moliets and Soustons, where there is plenty more to do besides surfing
- Visit Zoo du Bassin d’Arcachon
- Head to the highest dune in Europe at Pyla-sur-Mer
- Visit Labenne Reptilarium, home to more than 150 reptiles
