Glamping4all BV values your privacy highly. We therefore only process data that is necessary for (improving) our services and handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with due care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the website and the services made available through it by Glamping4all BV. The effective date of these terms is 09/04/2024. By publishing a new version, all previous versions become invalid. This Privacy Policy describes which data we collect about you, how this data is used, and with whom and under which conditions this data may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse, and which rights you have regarding the personal data you provide to us. Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, which security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
Booking Software: Recranet Booking
Our website has been developed using software by Recranet. Personal data you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Recranet has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support and will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Recranet is required to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include SSL encryption and a strict password policy. Recranet uses cookies to collect technical information relating to your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Recranet reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies in order to further improve its services.
Mailing Lists: Mailchimp
We send our email newsletters using Mailchimp. Mailchimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is securely stored by Mailchimp. Mailchimp uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. Mailchimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, within that context, share information with third parties.
Business Email: Office365
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email communications. This provider has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all email correspondence confidentially.
Payments – Payment Processor: Mollie
For processing payments, we use the platform provided by Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence details, as well as your payment details such as bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, within that framework, share anonymised data with third parties. In the event of an application for deferred payment facilities (credit facilities), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than legally permitted.
Reviews: Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and email address. Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your booking. Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur may contact you to request further clarification regarding your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name, email address and booking information with Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur. They use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties in providing its services, for which we have granted permission. All safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which Feedback Company/WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Invoicing and Accounting: Recranet, Exact Online and PWB Administraties & Belastingadviseurs
For maintaining our administration and accounts, we use the services of Recranet, Exact Online and PWB Administraties & Belastingadviseurs. We share your name, address and place of residence details, as well as details relating to your booking, with these parties. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Recranet, Exact Online and PWB Administraties & Belastingadviseurs are bound by confidentiality obligations and will treat your data confidentially. They will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
External Sales Channel: Daisycon
We use the performance-based marketing services of Daisycon. Performance-based marketing is a fair form of advertising because the advertiser only pays for actual and measurable results. In order to compensate for measurable results, a match must be made between the publisher/website that referred the visitor and the resulting transaction. To make use of this service, we share anonymous transaction data with Daisycon. This data includes product descriptions, turnover values, and demographic and geographical characteristics. This information cannot be traced back to an individual person and is used solely for statistical purposes and shared with Daisycon.
In addition to anonymous transaction data, we also share the following data falling under AVG / GDPR:
- Pseudonymised transaction IDs. These transaction IDs are not shared with third parties and are used solely for validation purposes.
- As part of the technical process, your IP address is also transmitted to Daisycon. This address is only stored anonymously within the Daisycon system.
For the above services, our partner Daisycon stores data and uses so-called affiliate cookies and matching processes. The use of affiliate cookies, matching data and data storage does not pose any risk to the privacy of visitors to this website. NO consumer profiles (behavioural user profiles) are created through Daisycon’s services. With regard to data processing under AVG / GDPR, we rely on the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest. We are, however, required to inform our visitors about this use. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Daisycon regarding the storage and processing of this transaction data.
Accommodation Providers: Campsites
To process your booking, we share the names and dates of birth included in your reservation with the accommodation provider(s)/campsite(s) you have booked through us. These accommodation provider(s)/campsite(s) require this information for their administration and reporting obligations towards local authorities. This information will never be shared with third parties or used for other commercial purposes. The accommodation provider(s)/campsite(s) have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and reserve the right to use your data to further improve their services.
Purpose of Data Processing
General Purpose of Processing
We use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide to us. We only use your data for targeted marketing if you are actually a customer of ours. If you share your data with us and we wish to contact you at a later date for reasons other than your request, we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than where necessary to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality obligations under agreements with us, professional oaths or legal obligations.
Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (such as your IP address, web browser and operating system) does not constitute personal data.
Cooperation with Fiscal and Criminal Investigations
In certain cases, Glamping4all BV may be legally obliged to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations conducted by government authorities. In such cases, we are required to cooperate, but we will oppose such requests within the limits permitted by law.
Retention Periods
We retain your data for as long as you remain a customer with us. This means we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us accordingly, we will also interpret this as a request for erasure. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data. We will therefore retain such data for as long as legally required. However, employees will no longer have access to your customer profile and any documents created in connection with your assignment.
Your Rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as a data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you may exercise them. To prevent misuse, we will generally only send copies of your data to the email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at another email address or by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We maintain records of completed requests and, in the case of erasure requests, retain anonymised administrative data. All copies of data will be provided in the machine-readable format used within our systems. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens if you believe we are processing your personal data incorrectly.

You have the right to inspect the data we process, or have processed, relating to you or traceable to you. You may submit a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all relevant data to the email address known to us, including an overview of the processors holding this data and the categories under which the data is stored.

You have the right to have the data we process, or have processed, relating to you or traceable to you corrected. You may submit such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send confirmation to the email address known to us that the data has been amended.

You have the right to restrict the processing of data relating to you or traceable to you. You may submit such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will confirm via the email address known to us that processing of the data will be restricted until you lift the restriction.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have the data we process, or have processed, relating to you or traceable to you transferred to another party. You may submit such a request to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send copies of all relevant data processed by us or by third parties on our behalf to the email address known to us. In such cases, we will most likely no longer be able to continue providing our services, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to Object and Other Rights
You have the right, where applicable, to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Glamping4all BV. If you object, we will immediately cease processing your data pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with copies of the data we process and permanently cease processing thereafter. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies.
