Yes, at Glamping4all you generally pay in 2 instalments. The first part (30%) is paid directly when booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within 8 weeks of arrival, the total holiday cost must be paid online in one payment at the time of booking.
At Glamping4all you can pay with iDeal, credit card, Giropay, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort or by bank transfer. For the latter option, please contact us and we will send you the payment details.
Yes, all prices shown include VAT.

Each accommodation states which costs must be paid on site. This is almost always tourist tax (guideline €1 per person per day). Some accommodations may have additional mandatory charges, for example for final cleaning or bed linen. If you have booked extra options, these costs are usually also paid on site.
Yes, this is possible. We offer short-term cancellation insurance via RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl. During the booking process you can select this option and view the terms and conditions.

Cancellation
The rules set out in the general terms and conditions apply here. The services provided by Glamping4all (the rental of accommodation) are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means that once the agreement has been entered into, it can no longer be cancelled. Exceptions may apply, please refer to the general terms and conditions for this. On site
Some accommodations require a security deposit. In most cases, this can be paid by credit card. When you leave the accommodation complete, clean and in good condition, the deposit will be refunded. The campsite reception will inform you how and when this will be returned, although at most campsites this is done directly upon departure.
If you notice an error or shortcoming at your destination, Glamping4all advises you to report this immediately to the campsite reception. This can often prevent further inconvenience and complaints. If this proves not to be possible, you must report the complaint to Glamping4all BV during your stay, either by telephone or in writing. Glamping4all BV will try to resolve the complaint during your stay. The complaint will be dealt with in writing no later than 14 days after your return. Glamping4all is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur. If we are unable to reach a solution together, WebwinkelKeur offers the possibility of mediation. This can be done via the Stichting WebwinkelKeur at WebwinkelKeur.
Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU have also been able to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at European Commission ODR Platform. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
