Relax between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean
In the south of France, in the charming village of Leucate, you will find campsite Domaine La Franqui. Here, you can enjoy peace, space and the great outdoors, with both the Mediterranean Sea and Lake La Palme within easy reach. The Aude region is known for its wide beaches, excellent watersports opportunities and rich history. A wonderful destination for a relaxing holiday for two or with the whole family.
Camping Domaine La Franqui features two heated outdoor pools. There is also a wellness area with a hammam, whirlpool and massages, provided by experienced professionals. Prefer the beach? Just 400 metres away, you can have your feet in the sand on the Mediterranean coast. Alongside sunbathing and swimming, you can take an introductory lesson in kite or windsurfing, or try paddleboarding or land sailing, as Coussoules beach is a top destination for watersports.
Both young and old will find plenty to enjoy at Domaine La Franqui. The campsite has a playground, and for children aged 5 and over there is an active entertainment programme. Daily children’s workshops are organised, including cookery, gardening and science, as well as activities in collaboration with the neighbouring ranch such as horse riding. For adults and older children, there is aqua aerobics, yoga, fitness, sports tournaments and a range of watersports in the surrounding area.
In the evening, you can dine in the restaurant or enjoy a drink in the bar. The campsite also offers a bread delivery service, a shop for daily essentials and bicycle hire.
The Glamping4all lodges are centrally located on the campsite.

- The La Méditerranée à Vélo cycle route runs past the campsite and takes you via Le Barcarès and Canet-en-Roussillon towards the Pyrenees, always with sea views

- Go kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding or land sailing
- Enjoy a scenic walk along the cliffs and Cap Leucate with stunning views
- Visit the castles in Collioure or Girona
