Glamping among the Tuscan hills
Nestled in the rolling hills of the Chianti region lies Chianti Glamping Resort. Surrounded by forests, vineyards and charming Tuscan villages, you will experience the true essence of Italy here. You stay in the heart of nature, while the campsite itself offers plenty of facilities for a wonderful holiday with the whole family.
At the centre of the campsite is the swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. For younger children there is a separate shallow paddling pool and the Spotty Pool, a playful lagoon-style pool with a water slide. There is plenty of space around the pool to relax, while a lifeguard keeps watch.
There is always something happening at Chianti Glamping Resort. The entertainment team organises activities throughout the season for all ages, from aqua aerobics and sports tournaments to evening shows and bingo. For children, there is a Kids Club where they can join mascot Spotty for games, crafts and mini discos. There are also sports fields, table tennis tables, table football and mountain bikes available for hire. Yoga classes are also offered on the campsite.
On the campsite you will find a restaurant serving typical Tuscan dishes, from fresh pasta to local specialities. For an authentic Italian pizza, head to the pizzeria where pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven. There is a bar where the famous wines of the Chianti region are served, and a minimarket where you can find daily groceries, takeaway meals and fresh bread rolls. There is also a gelateria offering delicious Italian ice cream.
Our glamping tents are spread across the hillside and offer plenty of privacy. The tents are spacious and comfortably furnished with cosy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a generous veranda. Thanks to their position among the trees, you can often enjoy welcome shade on warm days. The elevated setting also means it is usually slightly cooler here.
Chianti Glamping Resort is located in the heart of Tuscany, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. From the campsite, you can enjoy wonderful excursions through the beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves. Historic cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Pisa are all within reach for a day trip. Closer to the campsite, you will also find charming villages, castles and abbeys. The region breathes culture, history and the authentic Italian way of life.
