A unique family campsite in Zeewolde
Glamping de Parel is a welcoming family campsite in Zeewolde. The campsite is located in the deciduous forest of Horsterwold, in a beautiful spot directly by the water. On sunny days, the private beach is the perfect place to relax. There is a separate area in the water where you can swim safely. You can also hire SUP boards, pedal boats and canoes at the campsite.
Throughout the campsite, you'll find various play areas, table tennis, pétanque, a volleyball court and a football pitch. At reception, you can borrow a range of outdoor games. If it rains, there are plenty of indoor activities to enjoy, including pool, darts and shuffleboard. The campsite has a petting zoo where Lola the horse and Lejoor the donkey are waiting to be stroked. For those who love exploring, bikes are available to hire so you can discover the surrounding area.
Scattered around the grounds are wood-fired hot tubs, saunas and outdoor showers, which guests are welcome to use. At the beach, you'll find a cosy beach bar where you can enjoy a drink. In restaurant ‘Het Parelnest’, you can enjoy delicious fresh local produce, or relax with a drink at the bar or on the lovely terrace. Watching an important football match on the big screen is also part of the experience. Prefer to eat at your tent? Meals can also be collected here.
The glamping site offers atmospheric glamping accommodation spread across creatively designed fields. The luxury glamping tents are stylishly furnished and fully equipped with everything you need: a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, comfortable beds, and a spacious veranda with barbecue and fire bowl. Some tents are located directly by the water, and the extra luxurious Glamping Lodge for 6 people has a private hot tub. This lodge is truly stunning and one of a kind – real Glamping 3.0 in the heart of nature!
Glamping de Parel is located in the south of Flevoland, in the largest deciduous forest in Europe. This spectacular nature reserve is home to roe deer, wild horses, fallow deer and many bird species. It's perfect for walking and cycling, and there is also a challenging mountain bike route. Zeewolde is just 2 kilometres away and has a lovely harbour with cafés and bars, as well as a sandy beach slightly further away. This young town offers a great variety of shops and activities during the summer months.
